New Jersey Libraries - Health Information Survey

This survey will provide valuable information as we create a NJHealthNavigator.org Web Site and other related Web sites, so consumers can locate health information services easily from public, hospital, academic and special libraries.

Participation in this vital library survey will help us develop and further enhance access to consumer health information provided by New Jersey's libraries. Not everything is on the Web for free; help us document the invaluable role libraries offer New Jersey.
